From 1 to 9 September, the CNAO’s 5-people delegation, headed by Ms. QIN Boyong, the Deputy Auditor General of the CNAO, visited the Office of the Auditor General of the Republic of Botswana and the Auditor-General of South Africa respectively, and attended the Sino-Tanzanian Bilateral Seiminar with the topic of ‘Promoting Accountability through Environmental Auditing’ held in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
During her visit, Ms. QIN met with Ms. Pulane Letebele, Auitor General of Botswana, Mr. Kimi Makwetu, Auditor-General of South Africa, and Prof. Mussa Juma Assad, Controller and Auditor General of Tanzania respectively, and had working meetings with the officials in three SAIs focusing on the Audit of State-owned enterprises, Environmental Audit, etc.
