Hou Kai Meets with President of the Federal Board of Supreme Audit of Iraq

Mr. Hou Kai, Auditor General of the National Audit Office of China, met with Dr. Ammar Khalaf, President of the Federal Board of Supreme Audit of Iraq, in Nanjing on 23 September 2025. The two heads of SAIs signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the two SAIs aiming at strengthening bilateral ties.
