Hou Kai Meets with Acting Chair of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation

Mr. Hou Kai, Auditor General of the National Audit Office of China, met with Ms. Galina Izotova, Acting Chair of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, in Beijing on 2 April, 2024. The two heads of SAIs signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation aiming at furthering bilateral ties.
Mr. Hou Kai and Ms. Galina Izotova both attended the 2024 China-Russia Audit Seminar on the themes of healthcare audit, industry audit and revenue audit from 2 to 3 April 2024.
